– Pre-scheduled 4 hour Monthly visits

– Whole house assessment and repairs

– Ideal for homes over 4000 sq ft

 

What does my Maintenance visit include?

At each Maintenance visit your dedicated maintenance technician will conduct a thorough assessment of your property to identify any issues or potential issues.  Once the assessment is complete, your technician will prioritize issues identified and attempt to make repairs as needed to correct then.  Once the visit is complete, you will receive a full detailed report of the assessment and repairs completed.

How long does a Maintenance Visit take?

The Silver Plan is a 2 hour visit including a thorough assessment and repair of the interior only.

The Gold Plan is a 4 hour visit including an assessment and repair of the interior and exterior.  This plan normally allows over 2 hours of repairs to be made with each visit.

The Platinum plan is a 4 hour visit same a Gold plan, just on a monthly schedule.  This plan is recommended for homes over 4000 sqft. 

Can I attend the home assessment?

Absolutely, we encourage you to attend the home assessment. It provides a valuable opportunity to ask questions, understand the condition of the home, and receive maintenance tips from our trained team.
